High-quality manufacturing
Using the detailed manufacturing blueprints as a basis, our professional team starts work on manufacturing your project. Our extensively equipped production halls in the port of IJmuiden contain everything for high-quality construction, machining, assembly, and preservation.
Construction
Our site in the port of IJmuiden measures 4,800 m2, of which 3,700 m2 is covered, and has high-capacity cranes. We also have access to a portal crane with a lifting capacity of 240 tonnes and a 21-metre-high hall at our neighbouring sister company, Breman Offshore.
Machining
Our machining facilities are extensively equipped. Our equipment includes two CNC lathes and a CNC milling machine. We also have a high-precision boring machine.
Preservation
Breman Wesco is also happy to handle all your product preservation needs. We work together with renowned partners to achieve the best outcome. This includes protecting manufactured parts from excess corrosion, as well as wear and tear, for maximum durability.
Assembly
In the final phase, we assemble the individual manufactured and processed parts to create your final product. This includes assembling the various parts, attaching moving parts, installing electrical and hydraulic systems, and doing other finishing work. The final step is to conduct functional tests to ensure that your equipment works as it should and is ready for use.
